Vincent Toritseju 09 July 2018, Sweetcrude, Lagos — The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA yesterday said it has suspended the issuance of Cabotage waivers due to abuse by both indigenous and foreign shipping operators.
