NSCDC arrests five with 66,000 litres of petrol in Edo

26 September 2015, Benin City – The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps  on Saturday arrested five suspected pipeline vandals in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of Edo State.
